I came to City View in 2020 just before Covid 19 was declared to be a pandemic. Suddenly, my preaching changed and, with the help of a professional photographer and his wife, I started preaching on-line for over 2 years. In August 2023, I went on maternity leave for a year. I’m now the proud mother of a baby boy and back preaching full-time.
I am a professional educator with over 20 years of experience, educating, mentoring, and providing academic support to children and youth. I am fluent in verbal and written Arabic, French, Hebrew, and English. I am currently enrolled in the Early Childhood Education Program at Algonquin College.
Svetlana Logigan

I received my degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy from the Saratov State Conservatory in Saratov, Russia. I have over 19 years of experience as a piano teacher, piano accompanist and soloist. I enjoy teaching my students. Most recently, I was the Piano Accompanist for the Ottawa Brahms Choir and was the Pianist, Organist and Music Director at the Merivale–Fallowfield charge.

I enjoy connecting with people and supporting the day-to-day life of our church. You’ll often find me welcoming visitors, managing our steadily growing rentals, or lending a hand wherever it’s needed.
As a mother of four, I’m used to balancing many responsibilities with care. I’m always happy to help and do my best to be accessible and responsive.
